DEA Norge has a solid and promising license portfolio consisting of assets in all main phases, in every region of the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS). At present, DEA has shares in 54 licenses on the NCS. Three of these licenses are operated by DEA Norge: PL435 Dvalin, PL721 and PL896.
On PL435 Dvalin (previously Zidane), DEA made a discovery in 2010, and additional volumes were discovered in 2012. DEA Norge handed in the Plan for Development and Operations (PDO) for the Dvalin field in October 2016. This is DEA Norge’s first field development project as operator.
We have ownership interests in several producing fields; Snorre, Snøhvit, Statfjord Øst, Tordis, Vigdis, Knarr, Gjøa, Nord, Hyme and Skarv. Our daily production amounts to approximately 55.000 boe/day.
DEA Norge has taken part in some of the most important recent discoveries on the NCS, such as the Alta discovery in the Barents Sea.
DEA Norge has been present on the NCS for over 45 years, and been qualified as operator for almost 25.
